A standing circle of leaders defining the future of work, culture, wellbeing, and community.
Convening across
The Chamber of Work and Culture convenes senior leaders from governance, enterprise, cultural institutions, arts and community, at the meeting point of leadership, wellbeing, culture, work, and community. What is examined here reaches practice, policy, and the institutions that carry both.
Participation is by invitation and membership is limited, based on review and alignment.
We welcome senior leaders and specialists from enterprise, government, institutions and civic life who practise innovation, empathy and human-centred leadership as a matter of course.
Chief executives and executive committees, mayors and public officials, chamber and institution leaders, board directors, and the heads of people and culture who sit alongside them.
A practised understanding of organisational and civic culture, wellbeing, governance, and the craft of leading people at scale.
Curious, committed, and willing to put a considered view on the table for the benefit of peers.
A seat in the Chamber carries influence that reaches well beyond a member's own organisation.
Members are among the first to sit inside new leadership, cultural and wellbeing practice, and their judgment decides which of it endures and reaches organisations, institutions and communities beyond.
Private salons and roundtables, research shared before it is published, and a standing invitation to convene a gathering or author work under your own name.
On wellbeing and engagement, at work and in community. On leadership, governance and institutional culture. On policy, creativity, and the ties that hold people together.
Selected members are invited into advisory work on culture, leadership, wellbeing and public life, where a considered view shapes what organisations, institutions and cities go on to build.
If this is the work you already do, put your name forward and we will be in touch personally.
